The Life and Work of Wolfgang Amadé Mozart

Mozarthaus Vienna focuses on the Viennese years of the great composer, which represent the culmination of his creative output.

Around this apartment, Mozart fans young and old from all over the world can expect a comprehensive presentation of the time in which Mozart lived and his most important works on three exhibition levels. Domgasse No. 5 is home to the only one of Mozart’s dozen Viennese apartments that has been preserved to this day. The composer lodged in the Mozarthaus from 1784 to 1787. At Mozarthaus Vienna, visitors can explore Mozart’s only surviving Viennese apartment, where he composed more music than anywhere else.
