Frequently Asked Questions – F.A.Q.

General QueerCityPass F.A.Q.

The QueerCityPass is Europe’s first tourist ticket for LGBTIQ*.

The QueerCityPass is available in three cities: Berlin, Cologne, and Vienna. With the ticket, which says QueerCityPass, you can use the subway, S-Bahn, Tram, or bus in the respective city and get discounts at queer scene hot spots at the same time. Just show your ticket and dive into the queer scene!

The QueerCityPass includes numerous partners from sightseeing, culture, museums, exhibitions, and gastronomy. But also shopping, sex stores and action and the famous nightlife are not missed out.

You can find a complete overview of our partners here: https://www.queercitypass.com/alle-partner/

Choose the city in which you want to use your QueerCityPass and you will be shown the respective partners.

Your ticket must be validated once BEFORE you start your first journey and take advantage of the discounts at our partners. Of course, this does not apply to mobile and online tickets.

It depends on where you buy your QueerCityPass:

Online or mobile: the QueerCityPass is always issued to one person and is therefore NOT TRANSFERABLE.

Point of sale: is TRANSFERABLE, as many people as you want can travel with the ticket AFTER each other.

The pre-booking of e.g. tickets with a valid partner discount is only possible if you are already in possession of a QueerCityPass Berlin. For some partner offers it is sufficient to mention that you are in possession of a QueerCityPass. Other partners have a special code that you have to use. You can find this code on our website on the corresponding partner website. In any case, you will have to show your valid QueerCityPass on site. If the QueerCityPass is no longer valid, you will have to pay the difference.
